All orders created without purchasing the express shipping option are sent via standard mail companies. The average delivery time for the standard shipping option is 10 days.
Orders with express shipping option are sent via FedEx, DHL and/or UPS.
Average delivery time with express shipping is 3 days.

Return & Exchange Policy
The customer has the right to return the order within 14 days after receiving it. Return shipping cost is covered by customer. After the return cargo reaches our company, the customer is refunded. It usually takes 3 business days for the refund to reach the customer.

In countries with customs control for cosmetic products, the cargo barcode is entered into the system after receiving Cosmetic product approval - MSDS Document approval from the customs unit of the destination country.
Where is my order shipped from? (For European Union Countries)
If the country you place your order in is an EU country, your order will be shipped from Malta. Since your order will be shipped from within the European Union, there will be no delay in customs processes. Usually your package will be delivered to you within 4-6 Business days. Cargo shipments to EU countries that make customs classification with the 'Production Origin: Non-EU Country option' (Example: Spain) are made from Turkey via FedEx.

If the country where you place your order is one of these: UK & USA, your order will be shipped from Istanbul, Turkey. It reaches your country in a short time with Turkish Airlines Air Cargo. Mostly 2 business days. Shipping option may vary on the order date. If there is a warning on the order date that it will be shipped via FedEx, the cargo will be shipped via FedEx. FedEx delivery time is usually 2 business days after customs clearance is completed.

If the country you place your order is Japan, Korea or Russia, your order will be shipped from Istanbul, Turkey. It reaches your country in a short time with Turkish Airlines Air Cargo. Mostly 10 business days.

If the country you place your order is Qatar, Kuwait, UAE (Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi), KSA, your order will be shipped from Istanbul, Turkey.
